what is an email address ? 

A username	A unique combination of characters, such as letters of the alphabat and/or numbers that identifies a specific user
Address book/ contacts folder	Contains a list of names, address, phone numbers and e-mail address

1. Uploading is the process of transferring files from your computer or mobile device to a server on the internet 
2. Downloading is the process of transferring files from a server on the internet to your computer or mobile device
3. Example of FTP programs: FileZilla, AbleFtp, SmartFTP
4. An FTP site is a collection of that reside on an FTP server
5. Some FTP sites restrict file transfers to those who have authorized accounts (usernames and passwords) on the FTP server

1. A type of collaborative website that allows users to create, add to, modify, or delete the website content via a browser 
2. Open to modification by the general public 
3. The difference between a wiki and blog is that users cannot modify original posts made by the blogger

2. A website that encourages member in its online community to share their interests, ideas, stories, photos, music, and videos with other registered users
